Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience leading a team
- experience in parking or valet operations preferred
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to obtain required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
- ability to work Friday through Tuesday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- ability to follow all state and federal safety and operational regulations

Job Duties
- Supervise staff
- answer phones
- provide customer services assistance
- replenish tickets
- maintain contract specifications
- maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
- perform safety audits
- check all work on a nightly and turn in completion reports
- train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
- perform daily quality control inspections
- assist in safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies
- be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management, understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel
- ensure area is in compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies
- perform other duties as assigned or requested
