Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience leading a team
  • experience in parking or valet operations preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to obtain required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
  • ability to work Friday through Tuesday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • ability to follow all state and federal safety and operational regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team
  • experience working in parking or valet operations preferred
  • valid driver's license
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • good communication skills both written and verbal
  • must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff
  • answer phones
  • provide customer services assistance
  • replenish tickets
  • maintain contract specifications
  • maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
  • perform safety audits
  • check all work on a nightly and turn in completion reports
  • train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
  • perform daily quality control inspections
  • assist in safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies
  • be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management, understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel
  • ensure area is in compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies
  • perform other duties as assigned or requested
