1st Shift Mixer

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Food Production Mixer Associates to join our team on a full-time basis. These associates will work an 8-hour shift schedule from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The role centers around supporting our production line by performing a variety of tasks related to the operation and maintenance of food production equipment across multiple areas including the Production line, Oven Room, and Kitchen. Responsibilities include operating machinery efficiently, measuring out ingredients with precision, and completing necessary documentation such as lot sheets accurately. A key focus of this position is ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of all equipment and surrounding areas to maintain compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Mixer Associates will work closely with their Line Lead, Quality Assurance team, and management to execute daily production plans and adhere to all operational protocols. This role requires physical stamina as it involves frequent lifting up to 55 lbs, repetitive motions involving hands and arms, and standing or walking for the duration of the entire shift.
