Job Requirements
- reliable transportation
- ability to work Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- attention to detail
- dependability and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in commercial cleaning is an asset
- ability to operate vacuum cleaners and floor cleaning equipment
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- picking up trash or clutter in common areas
- cleaning of entryways, hallways, offices, and restrooms
- wiping down tables, desks, and counters
- vacuuming carpeted areas
- mopping hard floors and bathrooms
- emptying trash
- monitoring and stocking janitorial supplies
