The Manufacturing team at Edwards Lifesciences plays a critical role in the production process, ensuring that each device meets rigorous quality standards. This position offers an hourly wage of $18.50, with a work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime on Fridays. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven ability to complete and incorporate training for new and advanced procedures
  • Familiarity with clean room medical device manufacturing standards and safety guidelines
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision by following detailed manufacturing instructions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback based on sequential work reviews

Job Duties

  • Use tools and equipment to complete assembly of medical devices precisely and in a timely fashion at each work station
  • Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and entering data into manufacturing systems
  • Perform line clearance including cleaning and sanitizing work stations at the start of shifts and between work orders, ensuring all components and tools are ready
  • Conduct self-assessment of work including visual inspection under magnification and sequential review of colleagues' work, providing constructive team feedback and escalating issues to supervisors
  • Maintain on-time arrival, regular attendance, and work full 10-hour shifts as scheduled
  • Perform general work area housekeeping and other incidental duties
  • Participate flexibly in overtime to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing processes
