Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior custodial or facility maintenance experience preferred
- ability to perform manual labor and use personal protective equipment
- valid driver’s license or eligibility to obtain one
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- availability for in-person work at the specified location
- compliance with all company policies and safety regulations
- willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- adherence to drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- custodial services or related field experience
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- good communication skills
- bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- valid driver’s license or eligibility to obtain a driver’s license
- knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- basic maintenance and cleaning skills
- ability to adapt to change and learn from feedback
- commitment to ethical standards and customer service
- willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
Job Duties
- assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events
- performs minor maintenance and repair activities
- collects and transports recyclables
- disassembles and cleans drug dispensers
- reports facility issues such as roof leaks or power outages to management
- ensures clean and sanitary facilities including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, and parking lots
- empties waste receptacles and recycle bins
- dusts, sweeps, wet mops, strips and waxes floors
- cleans and sanitizes bathrooms and showers
- vacuums and spot-cleans carpets
- cleans electronic devices such as microwaves, windows, air conditioner ducts, and ceiling tiles
- identifies and reacts to additional cleaning needs
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers
- builds high-performing teams and embraces diversity
- maintains and promotes high integrity, ethics, and compliance
- delivers results with customer focus
- makes data-driven decisions balancing priorities
- displays curiosity and resilience
- drives continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies and skills
