The role available is crucial to the manufacturing and shipment processes within Victaulic’s production environment. This position focuses on supporting quality manufacturing by performing essential tasks such as transferring, cleaning, and painting equipment and facilities within production areas. The candidate will be involved in operating assembly machines, tools, paint lines, impregnators, and other related equipment to help produce finished products. Additionally, duties include packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment, as well as moving materials safely and efficiently. Safety is a key priority in this role, with strict adherence to prescribed safety equipment and protocols, including the use of hard hats, safety glasses, steel toe shoes, and earplugs.

This position also includes responsibilities such as maintaining clean work areas, reporting any unsafe conditions or injuries, and contributing to ongoing company initiatives aimed at improving workplace efficiency and quality.
