Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • ability to follow safety protocols consistently
  • physical ability to perform cleaning, painting, lifting, and operating machinery
  • availability to work overtime and weekends
  • willingness to wear required safety gear
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • basic communication skills for reporting and collaboration

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • ability to operate and monitor assembly and painting equipment
  • knowledge of safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment
  • capability to perform minor troubleshooting on machinery
  • basic inspection and measuring skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • good physical condition to perform manual tasks and operate equipment
  • willingness to work overtime and weekends

Job Duties

  • Aid in the manufacture and shipment of quality products by transferring, cleaning, painting plant equipment, guard rails, floor lines, storage racks, conveyors, production offices, locker rooms, rest rooms, and related equipment
  • remove, sweep, and shovel inside or outside facilities as directed
  • operate, monitor, and inspect assembly machines, tools, dip tanks, paint lines, impregnators, and other related equipment
  • assist or accomplish set-up and material handling
  • perform minor troubleshooting
  • pack, inspect, and prepare products for shipment or transfer
  • operate moving, hauling and storing equipment
  • follow proper safety procedures and wear prescribed safety equipment
  • report work performed, findings, and materials used
  • maintain neat and clean work area
  • report any injury, unsafe act or condition, or failure of plant equipment
  • assure uninterrupted facility operation and continuation of the company as a safe workplace
  • participate in company initiatives like SRP and VPDS to improve efficiency and quality
  • inspect products visually and dimensionally using precision instruments
  • perform tests and audits and maintain proper certifications
  • operate grinding, conveying, cleaning, pressing, buffing equipment
  • inspect and sort castings
  • wear personal protective equipment at all times
  • work overtime and weekend shifts as required
