The role of Server at the exclusive 1933 Club within Acrisure Stadium offers a unique opportunity to join the inaugural team of one of the NFL's most prestigious hospitality spaces. Launching in the 2026 Pittsburgh Steelers season, the 1933 Club is designed to provide a premium, behind-the-scenes dining experience tailored for high-profile clientele, VIP members, and guests attending exclusive events. Servers in this environment will deliver exceptional hospitality, maintaining high standards of service in a luxury setting. Candidates will engage with distinguished guests during Steelers games, concerts, and VIP functions, representing the epitome of luxury hospitality.

Servers will be responsible for gaining comprehensive knowledge of rotating seasonal menus, chef-inspired dishes, and specialty beverages. This knowledge will enable Servers to confidently describe menu selections, answer guest inquiries, and make personalized recommendations. Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
previous experience in food service preferred
excellent customer service skills
availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift up to 25 pounds
ability to obtain food safety certification
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
demonstrates excellent customer service skills
demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
must be able to obtain a food safety certification
must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Serves food and beverage to guests according to guests orders and/or banquet menu
maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
replenishes food and beverage product
adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests' identification
provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
breaks down and cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment
maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
ensures security of company assets
