Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a leading hospitality company renowned for its exceptional food and beverage services across various sectors, including sports, entertainment, hospitality, and gaming industries. Since 2012, Delaware North has proudly operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the iconic Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the home venue of the Green Bay Packers. Beyond the stadium, Delaware North manages several other hospitality venues, including the celebrated Homefield Pub + Social at Titletown, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, as well as seasonal recreational events like sledding and ice skating. This global family-owned business, with more than 100 years of history, is dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences and providing career opportunities that foster professional growth and personal development.

Joining Delaware North at Lambeau Field as a part-time Cook offers an exciting chance to become part of a dynamic culinary team that values innovation, teamwork, and the pursuit of culinary excellence. This role is essential in preparing and delivering high-quality food for guests, adhering strictly to food safety standards and company policies. Your work will directly contribute to the culinary satisfaction of visitors attending one of the most famous sports venues in the world. This position pays $15.00 per hour and provides flexible scheduling options, including days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and event shifts. Delaware North aims to support its team members fully by offering a comprehensive benefits package tailored to promote well-being in both your personal and professional life.

As a Cook at Delaware North, your responsibilities will involve preparing food according to established recipes and portion controls, maintaining proper food temperatures, and ensuring that all food items meet freshness and quality expectations before serving. You'll also manage the cleanliness and organization of your workstation and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards. The position requires attention to waste control, accurate recording of spoilage, completion of opening and closing duties, and assisting with inventory management to ensure smooth operation throughout each shift.

The ideal candidate will be at least 16 years old and possess prior experience in a back-of-the-house kitchen role to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Skills such as reading and comprehending recipes, basic math for measurements, familiarity with safe knife handling, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure will be critical to success. Physical stamina and strength are needed to meet the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended shifts amidst moderate to high noise levels.

Working at Delaware North means being part of a global team that values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity in the workplace. The company encourages ongoing training and development while facilitating work-life balance through employee benefits such as weekly pay, employee discounts, paid time off, and potential eligibility for health, dental, vision insurance, retirement savings plans with company match, parental leave, and education assistance.

This role at Lambeau Field offers you a unique opportunity to grow your culinary career in an iconic sports setting, contribute to outstanding guest experiences, and join a company committed to your success and well-being. Become a valued member of Delaware North Sportservice and be part of a legacy that spans over a century of hospitality excellence.
