Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is an established hospitality company known for providing exceptional guest experiences in various venues across the United States. Since 2012, Delaware North has managed concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the iconic Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. At Titletown, the company operates Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, as well as hosting special events like seasonal sledding and ice skating. Delaware North is a family-owned company with over 100 years of heritage, offering diverse career opportunities in sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and more. The company prioritizes employee growth and success, fostering a supportive culture where team members can excel whether working part-time or full-time. Delaware North is also committed to equal opportunity employment, embracing diversity and inclusiveness in its workforce.

This part-time Host position at Lambeau Field is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, high-energy environments and enjoy contributing to memorable guest experiences. The Host plays a critical role in welcoming guests as they arrive, managing host stations effectively, and controlling wait times to optimize guest flow and satisfaction. As a Host, you will also be accountable for confirming the cleanliness and proper setup of dining and serving areas, reviewing floor plans and reservation books to ensure smooth seating chart creation, and engaging with guests to address any concerns or compliments about the food and service. Additionally, handling telephone inquiries during operational hours is a key responsibility.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00, exclusive of gratuities, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work schedules that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days. The role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for extended shifts, frequent walking, bending, reaching, and carrying up to 35 pounds. Delaware North supports its team members with comprehensive training and development programs, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.

Beyond the core duties, Delaware North emphasizes team well-being by offering a robust benefits package, including weekly pay, employee discounts, and access to health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees. Other benefits extend to 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. This role is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to an engaging, fast-paced hospitality setting where guest satisfaction is paramount, and teamwork is highly valued.
