In Green Bay, Wisconsin, the company operates at the iconic Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, as well as at Titletown, a vibrant entertainment district featuring various attractions such as Homefield Pub + Social and Topgolf Swing Suites. Delaware North brings over 100 years of family-owned company experience and a global legacy that spans the hospitality industry worldwide. This creates a unique employment environment offering diverse career paths and growth opportunities in a dynamic, people-focused atmosphere.

The part-time Busser role at Delaware North Sportservice within the 1919 Kitchen and Tap in Green Bay is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values superior guest service. This position requires efficient time management skills and the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the dining room while providing exceptional support to the wait staff and ensuring a clean, inviting dining space for guests. The role is suitable for applicants aged 16 and older, with no prior experience required, making it accessible to a broad range of candidates. The hourly pay rate is $6.50, excluding potential tips, highlighting the role’s position as a tipped job.

As a Busser, you will be an essential part of the operations team, working closely not only with servers but also with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service flow and maintain the establishment's high standards. Beyond clearing and resetting tables, you will assist with side work duties, manage restocking of service areas, and help with opening and closing restaurant routines. The environment demands the ability to carry trays up to 50 pounds and endure standing or walking throughout the shift, including moving between different temperature zones such as the hot kitchen and climate-controlled dining room. Availability for daytime and weekday shifts is required, along with occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and events, showing the important role this position plays across all operational hours.

Delaware North places significant emphasis on the health, safety, and personal well-being of its team members by offering comprehensive benefits and a supportive workplace culture. Regular weekly pay, opportunities for training and professional development, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling are key features of this opportunity. Moreover, eligible employees may benefit from health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company matching, paid vacation days and holidays, parental leave, employee assistance programs, and assistance with tuition or certification reimbursements. This comprehensive package ensures that team members are well-supported both professionally and personally, encouraging a positive working environment that values diversity and equal opportunity. The company’s commitment to equal employment opportunity extends to all prospective and current employees regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all individuals.

Joining Delaware North Sportservice at 1919 Kitchen and Tap means becoming part of a global legacy dedicated to providing great experiences in great places. Whether you are looking for a stepping stone in the hospitality industry or a rewarding part-time position that allows you to engage with guests and colleagues in a vibrant setting, this Busser role offers a meaningful and fulfilling career start.
