Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field and three years of restaurant management experience required
  • If no degree, five years of restaurant operations or equivalent experience required
  • Three years of supervisory or management experience required
  • Must complete Responsible Alcohol and Food Safety Service certification within 90 days
  • Must have office skills and computer familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Ability to use Point of Sale systems preferred
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work without supervision
  • Must have ability to perform all positions within the venue
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain organization, meet deadlines and have discretion
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents
  • Must be able to write reports and correspondence
  • Must perform basic math
  • Ability to solve problems and handle stress
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
  • Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Must have required vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred
  • Three years of restaurant management experience required
  • Five years of restaurant operations or equivalent experience if no degree
  • Three years of supervisory or management experience
  • Responsible Alcohol and Food Safety Service certification within 90 days
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Access
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems preferred
  • Ability to perform all positions within the venue
  • Effective communication skills with teams
  • Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information
  • Ability to read and interpret operation instructions and manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Job Duties

  • Operate VIP lounges efficiently and effectively within fiscal and operational guidelines
  • Oversee daily operations including supporting the venue's concept, maintaining menu and product knowledge, conducting shift meetings and training, opening and closing duties
  • Develop initiatives to increase sales, control costs, and manage inventories
  • Manage department expenses including labor, inventories, and revenue
  • Conduct hiring, training, performance appraisals, motivation, and discipline of team members
  • Analyze financial reports and adjust budgets accordingly
  • Ensure communication and professional relationships across departments
  • Schedule staff to meet business demands
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
  • Ensure highest standards of quality and prompt service
  • Maintain knowledge of venue service standards
  • Establish and comply with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
