The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment that values teamwork, respect, and the well-being of its employees. By embracing diversity, Onsight Healthcare is dedicated to hiring a wide range of professionals without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. This reflects their commitment not only to outstanding service delivery but also to social responsibility and inclusion.
This full-time position on Onsight Healthcare’s Hospitality Valet Team is located at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands in Shenandoah, TX. The role offers a competitive base pay of $15.00 per hour plus tips, with the chance to utilize the DailyPay app for flexible pay access. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts spanning eight hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., allowing for weekends off, making this role ideal for those seeking a dependable weekday job. Additionally, the company offers a host of benefits including uniforms provided, accrued paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, short and long-term disability coverage, and life and accidental insurance.
The Hospitality Valet role is much more than parking cars; it is about shaping the first and last impressions for patients, visitors, and staff entering the hospital. This position is essential in providing exceptional service through greeting guests warmly, responding quickly and efficiently to their needs, and maintaining safety and security for both people and vehicles. Employees in this role will frequently operate in outdoor environments and should be prepared for diverse weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow. Physical stamina is vital as the role requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling luggage or belongings, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Applicants will engage with technology daily through apps to maintain operational efficiency and logistics, enhancing the overall service flow. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a professional and well-spoken demeanor, and the ability to remain composed during high-paced situations. Employees will assist individuals with mobility challenges by providing wheelchair and escort services where necessary, further highlighting their compassionate and supportive approach to customer service.
This position requires candidates to have at least one year of strong in-person customer service experience, a valid in-state driver’s license (no permits or probationary licenses), and a clean driving record for the past five years. High school diploma or GED is required. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team, handle multiple tasks urgently and with attention to detail, and maintain a clean and professional work environment is crucial.
In joining the Onsight Healthcare Hospitality Valet Team, individuals embark on a meaningful career where every interaction contributes to alleviating the stress of patients and visitors during hospital visits. This role also offers ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a company that prioritizes employee well-being while allowing its workforce to make a tangible difference daily.
