The Kids Party and Events Supervisor position at Life Time is a vital role responsible for organizing and supervising children’s parties and events. This role requires a leader who is passionate about creating engaging, fun, and safe experiences for children and their families. The supervisor partners closely with the Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members, ensuring they deliver consistent service and support throughout each event. Part of the role involves preparing activities and lesson plans that are tailored to party themes or specific events, providing the necessary supplies and materials beforehand to the team members to facilitate smooth execution.
In addition to logistical management, the supervisor actively collaborates with families to register and prepare for parties, offering a high level of customer service and communication. Operational duties include supervising setup and restocking of party rooms and event spaces, coordinating with other departments such as the café and pool area to ensure the seamless flow of parties, and maintaining a high-quality experience for all guests.
