  • minimum ten years of administrative assistant experience

  • intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
  • typing speed of 60 wpm
  • ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • ability to travel occasionally

Job Duties

  • Maintain executive(s) calendar and schedules meetings
  • handle sensitive information in a confidential and private manner
  • make travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels, and meeting rooms
  • coordinate conference calls and webinars
  • organize meetings including setting date, notifying attendees, preparing meeting rooms and agendas, and ordering food as needed
  • receive, code and provide invoices to the executive for approval
  • compose letters and emails in an accurate, professional, and timely manner
