Job Description
With over 30 years of experience, our company is a leading expert in the manufacturing and assembly of outdoor wooden structures. We have built a trusted reputation through popular brands such as Gorilla, Swing-N-Slide, Kid's Creations, Yardistry, and Big Timber. These brands are synonymous with quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal in outdoor products designed to enhance backyard spaces. Our product range includes pergolas, pavilions, grill shacks, gazebos, and playset kits, all crafted from choice grade lumber. Each kit is pre-drilled and pre-stained to ensure ease of assembly, long-lasting use, and visual appeal. These products are made to withstand outdoor conditions while providing customers with safe and elegant solutions for their outdoor living areas.
As part of our ongoing growth, we are currently recruiting Assemblers/Installers to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule and control your earning potential. Whether you want to work full-time or part-time, this opportunity suits individuals who enjoy hands-on work and the outdoors. Ideal candidates will be those with a knack for handiwork, enjoying the process of assembling wooden products and interacting with customers in their homes. Assemblers are responsible for delivering and installing our outdoor wooden structures at customer locations within their designated regions. This position requires reliable transportation capable of carrying boxed kits up to 8 feet in length, basic hand tools, and mechanical aptitude to efficiently and safely assemble products. On average, assemblers can earn up to $500 per day, with pay rates ranging between $250 and $350 depending on workload and project complexity. Additional incentives include daily pay, mileage reimbursement, and the opportunity to get paid while learning on the job.
To qualify for this role, candidates must be able to pass a background check and must carry valid auto and general liability insurance. A smartphone is necessary for communication and work coordination. This job is an excellent fit for people who value independence, reliability, and the chance to work outdoors rather than in a traditional office environment. Join our team and be part of a company that delivers quality products that customers cherish, while you enjoy a flexible and rewarding work experience.
