Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • Assist with luggage and provide directions or information as needed
  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests
  • Assist in training new valet attendants as needed
  • Support team performance by collaborating with colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with the valet supervisor and other departments
  • Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
