The Valet Attendant position at Valencia Hotel Group is a vital role within the front office team, reporting directly to the Front Office Manager. This non-exempt role centers on providing outstanding service to guests by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience. The valet not only handles vehicles but also supports the hotel’s broader team by assisting with luggage, giving directions, and addressing guest needs promptly and courteously. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Employees in this role contribute significantly to the overall operation of the hotel by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the valet area, adhering strictly to safety standards and hotel policies, and fostering a friendly, approachable demeanor with all guests. The role demands physical stamina to handle lifting luggage up to 50 lbs and to be on one’s feet for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions since the parking areas are outdoors.
