Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience is a plus
  • valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • assist with luggage and provide directions or information as needed
  • greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests
  • communicate effectively with the valet supervisor and other departments
