Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- assist with luggage and provide directions or information as needed
- greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests
- communicate effectively with the valet supervisor and other departments
