We are currently looking to hire a Mini Bar Attendant, a non-exempt role that reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. This position is essential in ensuring that the mini bar offerings in our guest rooms are well-stocked, clean, and presented attractively. The Mini Bar Attendant will be responsible for replenishing mini bar items, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that the mini bars meet the company’s quality and hygiene standards. This role demands attention to detail, good organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The position requires the individual to regularly inspect mini bars, report discrepancies, and cooperate with other departments to enhance the guest experience. The Mini Bar Attendant plays a vital role in contributing to guest satisfaction and the operational success of food and beverage services within the hotel or hospitality establishment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic understanding of inventory management
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Restock mini bars in guest rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar items
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Report any discrepancies or damages to the Food & Beverage Manager
  • Assist with periodic inventory audits
