This role is a part-time position focused on maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at the facility, including the physical structures, yard, and dock areas. The position is essential to providing a safe, clean, and attractive work environment that supports the operational efficiency of the company. Starting at $18.70 per hour, this job involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties that require attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, and general yard work like cutting grass and picking up trash. Additional duties include maintaining parking areas free of trash, cleaning dock areas, performing minor building repairs and painting as needed, changing light bulbs and air conditioner filters, and complying with all applicable laws and company policies. The role demands the ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and completing required training to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety are met.
