As a Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy vehicles such as tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples, as well as straight trucks. Your daily routine involves conducting pre-trip and safety inspections, handling freight with motorized and manual equipment, and ensuring that freight is securely loaded and transported according to safety standards.

Your duties will also require the accurate completion of documentation, adherence to hazardous material regulations, and effective communication with dispatch and customers to address pick-up or delivery needs and seek additional business opportunities. The position demands compliance with Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier regulations, underscoring the importance of safety and legal adherence in the role.
