Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and stock up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to push, key in data, use telephone, walk and bend as needed
  • Current leader recommendation required for internal transfers, promotions, or rehire candidates
  • Rehires must be approved by Human Resources Business Partner
  • May be asked to accept part-time position if full-time is not available

Job Duties

  • Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and connecting with the customer
  • Discover and respond to customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health department and weights and measures requirements
  • Provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote company culture, values, and mission
  • Maintain a calm exterior presence during high volume or unusual events to keep the store environment clean and comfortable
  • Anticipate customer and store needs
  • Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and security
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate inventory and product location
  • Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
  • Assist with new member training by positively reinforcing performance and coaching
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned
