Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience beneficial but not required
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
- Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- Bagging groceries and collecting shopping carts
- Performing general cleaning duties at the front end
- Handling all other related duties as assigned
