Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be at least 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and stock items up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with state liquor laws and health department guidelines
- Current leader recommendation required for internal candidates

Job Qualifications
- Experience in retail or wine cellar management
- Knowledge of wines, beers, liquors, and cigars
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to plan and host events
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Familiarity with state liquor laws and health regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members
- Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and active sampling when appropriate, and always giving a genuine thank you
- Planning and hosting tastings and special functions
- Providing customers with great information and suggestions concerning their purchase of wine cellar product offerings
- Monitoring and using correct product pricing, shelf tags and signage
- Keeping clean, attractive and beautifully stocked wine cellars
- Ordering, pricing and stocking all products in the wine cellar including wine, beer, liquor and cigars
- Ensuring compliance with all state liquor laws, and health department and weights and measures guidelines
- Performing all other related duties as assigned
