Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Ability to safely work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, push, bend and walk for extended periods
- Current leader recommendation required for internal transfers, promotions or rehires
- Rehires must be approved by HR
- May be required to accept part-time position if full-time is unavailable

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members
- Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and active sampling when appropriate and always giving a genuine thank you
- Planning and hosting tastings and special functions
- Providing customers with great information and suggestions concerning their purchase of wine cellar product offerings
- Monitoring and using correct product pricing, shelf tags and signage
- Keeping clean, attractive and beautifully stocked wine cellars
- Ordering, pricing and stocking all products in the wine cellar including wine, beer, liquor and cigars
- Ensuring compliance with all state liquor laws, and health department and weights and measures guidelines
- Performing all other related duties as assigned
