The role of Administrative Assistant at BakeMark’s manufacturing facility is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. This position provides essential administrative and clerical support to plant leadership, primarily assisting the Plant Manager and leadership team. The successful candidate will play an integral part in maintaining production, safety, and compliance records, assisting with payroll and timekeeping, as well as managing purchase orders and invoices. Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling internal communications, and supporting office logistics such as supply ordering and visitor reception are core to this role.
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 based on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Detail-oriented approach to work
