Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- ability to work in fast-paced retail environment
- physical ability to stand sit lift and stock up to 50 lbs push bend and walk
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- reliability and punctuality
- commitment to customer service excellence
- willingness to learn and support team goals
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and customer service oriented interest in food and cooking a plus
- customer service restaurant barista food service grocery or similar experience desired
- self-motivated with a high attention to detail quality and presentation
- skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- ability to work independently effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to read understand and follow through on verbal and written directions
- ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy
- must be 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Directing bakery department personnel meeting department’s goals and objectives
- managing bakery while the bakery manager is not on duty
- communicating directly with the bakery manager store director and bakery specialist
- ordering the supplies and products necessary to maintain adequate stock levels
- merchandising bakery goods in accordance with bakery merchandising standards
- observing all store rules and company policies directing all team members to do the same
- execute and support all sales and merchandising initiatives
