Richmond Behavioral Health Authority

Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) is a public entity dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and recovery for individuals and communities in the City of Richmond, Virginia.

Established in July 1996, RBHA is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and provides mental health, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse, and prevention services to citizens of Richmond.
