It offers a continuum of services that promote healthy aging and enhance the quality of life for its residents.

Residential and Campus-Based Programs

Situated on a picturesque 15-acre campus in Palolo Valley, Honolulu, Palolo Chinese Home offers a range of residential options tailored to the needs of its residents. The Adult Residential Care Home (ARCH) provides a home-like environment with medical oversight, assistance with activities of daily living, and daily social, cultural, and restorative activities.

The facility is licensed to serve 50 residents, with expanded care, dementia care, and diabetes care available. Costs range from $2,896 to $6,136 per month, plus a one-time registration fee.

For individuals requiring more intensive medical care, the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) offer 61 beds, providing around-the-clock care. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted, with intermediate care costing $279 per day and skilled care at $304 per day.

Community-Based Programs

Palolo Chinese Home extends its services beyond the campus through various community-based programs designed to support seniors in their homes and communities.
