The Adult Residential Care Home (ARCH) provides a home-like environment with medical oversight, assistance with activities of daily living, and daily social, cultural, and restorative activities.

The facility is licensed to serve 50 residents, with expanded care, dementia care, and diabetes care available. Costs range from $2,896 to $6,136 per month, plus a one-time registration fee.

For individuals requiring more intensive medical care, the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) offer 61 beds, providing around-the-clock care. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted, with intermediate care costing $279 per day and skilled care at $304 per day.

Community-Based Programs

Palolo Chinese Home extends its services beyond the campus through various community-based programs designed to support seniors in their homes and communities.

• In-Home Personal Care: Assists seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, meal preparation, and cleanup. It also offers companionship and socialization to enhance quality of life.
• Meals-to-Go: Delivers nutritious meals prepared in Palolo Chinese Home’s kitchen, tailored to meet prescribed dietary needs. Meals are available for delivery at lunch and dinner Monday through Friday.

• Information and Referral Services: The Good Neighbor Concierge Referral Services links people to community services and providers, assisting with caregiver and senior care needs including day care and home-delivered meals.
