Ci Siamo, translating to "Here we are" in Italian, is a contemporary Italian restaurant located in the heart of Manhattan West, New York City. Established in October 2021, it marks the first New York City venture by Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group since 2018.

The restaurant is helmed by Executive Chef Hillary Sterling, who brings her extensive Italian culinary training to the table. The menu centers around live-fire cooking, house-made pastas, and a selection of Italian wines, crafted from seasonal ingredients.

Signature dishes include the caramelized onion torta, a rich tart made in a wood-fired oven, and pastas such as agnolotti filled with ricotta and cavatelli with lobster.

Interior Design and Ambiance

Designed by Matt Goodrich, the interior incorporates materials like terra cotta, glass, and ceramics to create a warm and communal ambiance. An open kitchen with a wood-burning hearth serves as the focal point, emphasizing live-fire cooking.

Dining and Bar Experience

Ci Siamo offers both a dining room and a bar and lounge area. The bar serves as a walk-in space, ideal for aperitivi and cocktails, while the dining room provides a formal setting for meals. It is open daily for lunch and dinner.
