This fast-casual restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring tacos, enchiladas, and the signature "Centro Crunch", a creative twist on the traditional Crunchwrap Supreme.

Introduced in 2019, the Centro Crunch quickly became a customer favorite, leading to its permanent addition to the menu and inspiring the creation of a new brand, Hippo Pockets, dedicated exclusively to this innovative dish.

In July 2025, Hippo Pockets opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Minneapolis, marking a significant milestone in the group's expansion.
