All Classical Radio is an independent, community-funded radio station and multimedia platform based in Portland, Oregon. It has been dedicated to providing access to classical music, outstanding performances, and engaging storytelling since 1983.

Serving over 250,000 local listeners in Oregon and Southwest Washington, All Classical Radio's FM signals broadcast in the Portland area and extend to the Oregon Coast, Columbia Gorge, and Willamette Valley.

The station's reach also spans globally through its online streaming service, connecting with audiences in over 100 countries.

International Children's Arts Network (ICAN)

In 2019, All Classical Radio launched the International Children's Arts Network (ICAN), an HD radio station designed for children, families, caregivers, and educators.

ICAN offers diverse content available through online streaming, mobile apps, and on-demand services, focusing on programming that inspires children to play, express emotions, and dream.

Media Arts Center

In 2024, All Classical Radio moved into a state-of-the-art Media Arts Center located on the third floor of the historic KOIN Tower in downtown Portland.

The new facility includes:

• Five production studios
• Modernized audio/video technology
• A performance hall to foster community engagement

Programming and Community Engagement

All Classical Radio's programming includes curated daily classical music playlists, flagship specialty programs, and live concert broadcasts.

The station also offers:

• Young and professional artist residencies
• Youth mentorship
• Media sponsorships

This serves as a platform for musicians and artists of all ages.

Rebranding and Visual Identity

In August 2023, the station rebranded from "All Classical Portland" to "All Classical Radio" to reflect its flourishing global reach and welcoming hometown touch.

The new logo and visual identity were developed in partnership with the London-based creative consultancy Hyper Beau.

All Classical Radio's mission is to advance knowledge of and appreciation for classical music, build and sustain culturally vibrant local and global communities around this art form, and foster integrity, quality, and innovation in all that they do.
