The properties — Audubon Cottages, Le Richelieu, Dauphine Orleans, Hotel Royal and Chateau Hotel — are located near the French Quarter, emphasizing local character and authentic charm.

The new partnership marks Waterford’s first entry into the New Orleans market, aiming to elevate these landmarks while respecting their unique heritage.

Hyatt Regency Austin To Undergo Extensive Renovation by September 2025
The Hyatt Regency Austin has announced a full-hotel renovation that is expected to complete by September 2025. The ongoing project will involve redesigning its 448 Guestrooms, Suites, Corridors and public spaces while the hotel remains operational during the updates.
The renovation also includes adding two new Guestrooms, including a Suite with a balcony view of Lady Bird Lake and the Austin skyline. Additionally, dining venues will be rebranded, featuring a new signature restaurant, Ripple & Roots, with indoor-outdoor seating, a lounge and a patio.
