Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years related experience required (last-mile delivery, transportation, warehousing, logistics, etc.); strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to select, train, and motivate a team of hourly personnel; excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and delegate when appropriate; stress management skills and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; proficient with Google Drive, Slack, and related operations software; OSHA Forklift Operator certification is a strong plus
