Position: VP Restaurant Operations – Multi-Site – Quick Serve
About: We are looking for a Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple quick-serve restaurant locations in Honolulu, HI. This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The position includes a 4-month on-site training program in California or Texas before transitioning to full-time leadership in Honolulu.
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years overseeing multiple quick-serve or fast-casual restaurant locations; Demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial goals; Strong ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams across multiple locations; Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Willingness to participate in a 4-month training program in California or Texas before relocating to Honolulu; Must reside in Honolulu, HI (full relocation provided)
