Position: Visitor Information Specialist
About: The Hampton Visitor Center is seeking a Visitor Services Greeter to provide assistance to individuals seeking information either in person or over the phone. This role involves working closely with supervision to follow established procedures effectively.
Requirements: High school graduation or successful completion of GED; One year of full-time equivalent experience in clerical and data entry work, including basic computer operations with Microsoft Office and internet searches; Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record as per City of Hampton’s criteria; Successful background check prior to employment or promotion
