Position: Virtual Concierge
About: Tanger Outlets, a leading owner and operator of outlet and open-air retail shopping destinations, is seeking a Virtual Concierge to serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance through their customer virtual messaging platform. This role involves delivering personalized services remotely and contributing to providing a compelling shopping experience for customers. Tanger Inc. has over 44 years of expertise in the retail and outlet shopping industries, with a portfolio of outlet centers positioned across tourist destinations and vibrant markets in 21 U.S. states and Canada.
Requirements: High attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, bilingual in Spanish a plus; adaptability to changing technologies and platforms; ability to use and navigate digital technology; positive attitude and ability to handle difficult situations with tact; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment; exceptional organizational and time management skills; familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems; flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; located in the Eastern or Central time zone
