Position: Travel Operations Manager, North America
About: Optimize Travel is a department within McKinsey responsible for managing the operations of McKinsey’s global travel program, aiming to create positive enduring change by delivering the best value for the firm and empowering colleagues to make informed travel decisions. The role is based in the North America region and involves setting regional travel strategy to ensure exceptional travel experiences and drive innovation.
Requirements: Undergraduate degree and demonstrable intellectual curiosity through professional training; minimum 5 years of relevant corporate travel experience, GDS knowledge is a plus; demonstrated record of impact in previous roles; outstanding communications and listening skills; ability to thrive in a complex organization; distinctive expertise and problem-solving skills; entrepreneurial, collaborative attitude with interest and aptitude for working globally; exceptional demonstrated judgment and integrity
