Position: Torchy’s General Manager
About: Torchy’s Tacos, a renowned restaurant chain with a legacy starting in Austin, Texas in 2006, is seeking a Managing Partner (Restaurant GM) to join their team. The company is dedicated to serving the best damn tacos, driven by passion and a motto that emphasizes attention to detail.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or above; Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification; Full Casual Dining experience a plus; Hands-on experience in all facets of FOH and BOH; Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen advantageous; Bilingual a plus; Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds; Must be willing to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time; Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
