Requirements: 21 years of age or older; Proof of eligibility to work in the United States; Minimum 1 year of sushi experience in a high-volume sushi restaurant or related setting; Possession of a valid SNHD Health Card; Proficient knowledge of SNHD guidelines and requirements; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; Adaptability to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke; Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods; Proficiency in English language; Ability to withstand high temperatures, heat, and sun exposure
