Requirements: Formal culinary arts qualification from a recognized institution; at least 5 years of experience in the galley and 1 year as a sushi chef in a high-production culinary environment; knowledgeable in sushi, nigiri, temaki, and sashimi production; ability to supervise and train teammates from different nationalities; excellent command of the English language; experience working in an upscale sushi restaurant preferred
