Position: Supervisor Food Services
About: Supervises employees preparing and serving food for hospital patients and visitors. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, controlling expenses, providing input for budget preparation, and maintaining safety and confidentiality standards at TMC. Additionally, the position includes assigning work schedules, training staff, and monitoring performance to support employee development and operational efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); four (4) years of food services experience, preferably in an acute care setting; ServSafe certificate; knowledge of food preparation, storage, and cleaning best practices; skill in leading and guiding others; ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with various stakeholders; proficiency in basic mathematical operations and problem-solving.
