Position: Supervisor, Airport Customer Service (Burbank)
About: JSX, a lifestyle carrier and employer, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supervisor of Airport Services to lead a team of Airport Services Crewmembers in providing exceptional hospitality to customers. The role involves collaborating with various teams, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding safety and regulatory standards at all times.
Requirements: 2 years of airport operations experience; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 75+ pounds; intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of standing; ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines
