Position: SUBSTITUTE BARTENDER/BARISTA
About: A hotel bar in need of a diligent and attentive Barback/Bartender to join their team. The role involves preparing and serving quality beverages for customers while handling cashiering duties.
Requirements: Responsible for preparation and service of quality beverages for customers as well as cashiering functions; Requisition of supplies to maintain par stock; Check all incoming stock against previous requests; Maintain clean and organized storage spaces; Replenish all service items: paper items, general supplies, beverage, food and stewarding supplies; Load and unload dishwasher with glassware; Fill the ice wells as needed; Retrieve food from kitchen; Maintain a clean and organized workspace; Acquire change from head cashier at the beginning of every shift; Ring up checks and post all checks in accordance with cash handling policies; Verify guest room numbers and mode of payment before closing checks; Assist with new employee training
