Position: Steward – Graveyard Shift
About: The Island View Casino Resort is currently seeking a Grave Steward to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and equipment of various food outlets during the night shift. This role involves dishwashing, equipment maintenance, sanitation of all food service operations, floor cleaning, trash removal, and other cleaning tasks assigned by the Steward Supervisor.
Requirements: Must be 21 years old or older; Must have a valid state-issued ID or Driver’s License; 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred; Must have the ability to lift 10 to 100 pounds.
