Position: Steward
About: Aronimink Golf Club, a private Platinum Golf Club located in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia, is seeking qualified individuals to join their team. The Steward position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas, supporting the kitchen team in ensuring proper cleaning, sanitization, and storage of dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old; Previous experience as a steward, dishwasher, or in a similar role is preferred but not required; Ability to operate dishwashing machinery and perform basic food preparation tasks; Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety; Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and manual dexterity; Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
