Position: Sr Producer, D23 Events
About: D23: The Official Disney Fan Club is a membership-based affinity program for passionate Disney fans worldwide, celebrating all things Disney, including Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more. D23 provides insider access to unique content and experiences spanning Disney’s rich history and future while engaging with cross-company and third-party partners.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in event production, project management, event production finance, or related field; proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously; previous experience working with events at The Walt Disney Company; strong project management and organizational skills; budget management expertise; excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; familiarity with event production tools, event safety protocols, and compliance regulations; understanding of creative and production workflows; deep knowledge of D23: The Official Disney Fan Club and Disney’s history, brands, processes, and culture; willingness to work a flexible event schedule, including travel, nights, and weekends as needed.
