Position: Sr Operations Manager

Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience. Long hours may be required. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize department functions to meet deadlines. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Must be able to handle and solve complex problems as necessary.
