Position: Special Events Manager
About: The Albany Office of New York State Governor Kathy Hochul is seeking a Special Events Manager to support the coordination of the 30-50 special events hosted annually by the governor. These events include heritage receptions, ceremonies, community events such as the Easter Egg Roll and Turkey Pardon, large-scale productions like the State of the State Address, and engagements with constituents and stakeholders throughout the state. Events are primarily hosted at the Executive Mansion and State Capitol Building, with potential utilization of external venues as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 2 years of relevant experience
