Position: Spa Receptionist
About: Boyd Gaming Corporation, a leading casino entertainment company in the United States, is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Spa Concierge to join their spa team. The Spa Concierge will play a vital role in ensuring overall guest satisfaction and the success of the spa.
Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends; Must be 18 years of age; 2 years college or equivalent experience; 1+ year employment in a spa/salon environment; Retail experience a plus; A superior sense of organization, control, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, busy environment; Ability to type at least 40 words per minute; Must possess excellent communication skills; Must present a polished, impeccable appearance and a professional demeanor; Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team; Preferred spa knowledge and computer knowledge; Oral and written proficiency in the English language; Physically able to stand, bend, lean, and walk for up to 10 hours; Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
