Position: Sous Chef – Richmond, VA

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; Catering experience a plus; High volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Experience with computers including Microsoft Office; ServSafe certified highly desirable
